Our staff compliment their resident community. Each staff member is a certified caregiver who not only comes with significant experience working with the elder community, but who is also further trained to meet Raksha's highest standards of care. Our team consists of a 24-hour awake staff which includes licensed RCFE Administrators, certified nursing assistants (CNA), and caregivers who are licensed and certified by the State of California. Most importantly, we promote a positive approach in supporting each resident's personal lifestyle.

Our staff's number one priority and greatest tool is communication. Our staff responds very well to case managers, therapists, physicians, families and friends.
